Waterfront Resort By Kgh Group, Pokhara

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside resort. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the tranquil atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. While the soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement, the excellent service and lovely surroundings more than made up for it. The location is a bit away from the main activity, but the free shuttle service was a great perk. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly cooperative and made our stay memorable, especially the restaurant team. The beautiful waterfront location and complimentary boat rides were fantastic. However, I found the place could use a bit of maintenance. The hot tub was not operational, which was disappointing after a long trek. Overall, it's a lovely spot to unwind and I would certainly revisit in the future.

The staff, especially Binita, Saroj, Cheese, and Dikshya, went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. On the flip side, while the dining options were enjoyable, I felt that a bit more variety could enhance the experience. Overall, the value for money is excellent, especially with the free EV charging service provided.
